thought I should tell you a little about the hotels you booked for me.
Firstly
the Chong Men Wen hotel in Beijing is ideally located for the major
tourist
sites, rooms are good but the staff generally need some customer
service skills.
Xi'an
Hotel was superb from the room, to the service the hotel provide and
most
of all the staff did everything they could to ensure our stay was
wonderful.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Paradise
Hotel in Nanjing must be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, not
just in
China but in any country. The room was appalling, wall paper lifting
off the
wall, air conditioner was very noisy and the tiles around the bath
had mould
in between them. If our stay was any longer than 2 days we would
have move
out the first night and found another hotel. I think this hotel
would barely
rate one star and you should take it off you recommendation
list. However,
I have found your service extremely good and you have found me
hotels at short
notice seemingly without a problem. I will recommend this
service to any one
and when we travel next I will certainly be contacting
you.

Hademen Hotel?¡¥s location is very good. We enjoyed our stay there from
June 20-23.
However, during the return transit trip, we stayed in Hademen
Hotel again for just one night on June 30, they gave us a room where the bed sheets
were a little dusty or not cleaned properly. My wife and my 4-year-old son broke
out in rashes. They were not able to sleep that night. Besides that everything
was wonderful.
Thank you for your service. You have been very prompt with our
requests. Keep up the good work.
