General Introduction of Chongqing

BaYu culture of Chongqing is one of the distinctive national cultures in upper reaches of Yangtze River. Sichuan Opera, Sichuan Dishes, Sichuan embroidery, Dragon Tongue and Chongqing Dialect are all representatives of BaYu Culture. Chongqing dinning favors spicy flavor. And Chongqing is one of the homes of Hot Pot. In 2007, Chongqing was renowned as Chinese Hot Pot City.
